In my years of going in and out of different practices, doctor’s, health care providers, nurses, and hospitals, nothing draws a comparison to the level of care I have received at this place. Just walking in, the atmosphere is so welcoming. The workers at the front desk are always so pleasant. I have been here at least 10 times now, and have never had even close to a negative experience.

My Primary Care Provider, Mrs. Cynthia Hongamen, along with her nurses, are some of the the most caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable healthcare workers I have ever seen in practice. They genuinely care to make you better. I am currently in nursing school, so I have a good amount of experience with other health care workers, and I still stand firm when I say that UCF health (especially my HCP) is one of the best places to go to if you are looking for doctors that will actually listen and care to make you better.

I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with this practice. Mrs. Hongamen & her staff have helped me to get my life on track, and have helped me so much in this past two years. The staff is amazing with follow up appointments, making sure each and every single one of their patients are safe, and their (the patient’s) concerns are heard and understood.

If you are nervous/anxious of going to a doctor’s office, or need a real genuine place to better/monitor your health, please do not hesitate giving UCF Health a call. It is the most pleasant experience I have ever had in regards to a Medical Practice, especially the wonderful experience I have received from my HCP, Mrs. Hongamen. read less

I feel they never talk above nor beneath me, but explain my health care plan in a way that is clear and easy for me to understand.
